Responsibilities
- Deliver prescribed external beam radiation therapies to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
- Operate linear accelerators and related imaging/positioning systems; ensure accurate patient setup and immobilization.
- Verify patient identity, treatment site, and field configuration; perform image verification as required.
- Monitor treatment delivery and document deviations; communicate safety or quality concerns to the oncology team.
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, and medical physicists to ensure treatment accuracy and patient safety.
- Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards, QA procedures, and infection control guidelines; uphold patient comfort and dignity during treatment.

Requirements
- Active licensure as a Radiation Therapist (per applicable state requirements)
- Relevant certifications in radiation therapy
- Associate or higher degree in Radiation Therapy or a related field
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and adhere to safety and QA protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment and travel to the assignment location
