Salary: $87,600 - 163,200 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree with 2 years of experience, or a masters degree; 4 additional years of experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
• We require an active DoD Secret clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (SAP) before start.
• We require U.S. citizenship.
• We require experience with RF lab test equipment such as signal generators, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.
• We require experience troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and firmware integration issues.
• We require experience coding in MATLAB for scripting, data analysis, signal processing, and related support tasks.
• We require experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• We require experience using a system bench, running acceptance test plans, writing test reports, troubleshooting hardware and software, and providing status updates.
• We require experience with environmental testing and EMI/EMC integration and test activities.
• We require the ability to work onsite full time in Baltimore, MD.
• We require willingness to work a 4th shift / compressed weekend schedule.
• For the principal level, we require a bachelors degree with 5 years of experience, a masters degree with 3 years of experience, or a PhD with 1 year of experience in a STEM discipline; 4 additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• We prefer an active DoD Top Secret clearance or higher.
• We prefer prior experience on a Special Access Program.
• We prefer knowledge of software integration and testing in C and C++.
• We prefer knowledge of radar systems.
• We prefer knowledge of firmware and hardware control integration planning and execution.
• We prefer knowledge of embedded systems design and implementation.
• We prefer experience developing Python scripts to automate manual processes.
• We prefer understanding of systems engineering concepts, including requirements analysis and verification planning and execution.
• We prefer strong verbal and written communication skills.
• We prefer the ability to qualify for program access based on customer requirements (SAP/SAR).

• We integrate, troubleshoot, and test RF sensor systems.
• We help establish and develop the integration lab environment.
• We work with software, firmware, and hardware teams to define test cases and develop test capabilities that exercise and stress system behavior.
• We collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure testing produces the expected data points.
• We support the development and maintenance of system integration plans and system test plans.
• We synthesize customer needs and requirements into system tests that account for technical and schedule constraints.
• We develop and execute test plans, procedures, and schedules to verify system requirements.
• We participate in integration and test readiness reviews, design reviews, and audits of integration and test facilities.
• We coordinate integrated testing activities, including environmental, reliability, and occasional flight testing.
• We review test requirements for completeness, analyze test results, and prepare comprehensive reports.
• We use modeling and simulation tools to accelerate unit testing before all system components are available and to support troubleshooting and repair.

This role is based in Baltimore, MD and supports test and verification work on RF sensor systems.
