Location: Summit Park Communities, Roxborough, PA

Position Type: Part-Time

Availability: Must have Friday and Saturday evening availability

UCH is seeking a motivated and responsible Bouncer to work in a fast-paced full-service Clubhouse located in the heart of our community at Summit Park Apartments ().

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the safety and security of patrons and staff
• Check for valid IDs to ensure legal age & residency compliance
• Watch the crowd for altercations and/or unruly patrons or guests
• Address and de-escalate conflic ts professionally and respectfully
• Enforce venue rules and policies while maintaining a friendly demeanor
• Assist in crowd control and ensure capacity limits are adhered to
• Protect company property and equipment from damage
• Assist bartender in stocking the bar as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Background Check Required
• Ability to multi-task
• Prior experience in security, crowd control, or a related role is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
• Availability on Friday & Saturday evenings is required
