Salary: $130,000 - 175,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 7+ years of React Native experience, with a strong grasp of the React component lifecycle and performance tuning.
• We need solid testing expertise across unit, integration, and end-to-end coverage.
• We need hands-on experience with real user monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog or comparable platforms.
• We need strong experience with CI/CD systems such as CircleCI, Drone, or similar tooling.
• We need experience in native iOS or Android engineering.
• We need experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor to speed up boilerplate creation, unit tests, and documentation.
• We need knowledge of mobile accessibility best practices.
• A bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Nice to have: experience with Detox for end-to-end testing.
• Nice to have: experience building APIs with JavaScript using Node.js or similar.
• Nice to have: experience with GraphQL and the Apollo Client.
• Nice to have: experience with app distribution tools and channels such as the App Store, Play Store, beta channels, or CodePush.
• Nice to have: experience developing e-commerce applications.

• We build product features for our Member App across the mobile stack, delivering capabilities that are dependable, measurable, and valuable to the business.
• We lead projects and mentor engineers in strong software development practices.
• We turn high-fidelity designs and product needs into accurate, working mobile features.
• We communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical teammates.
• We design and implement features using React Native and native iOS or Android engineering to solve user problems and create engaging experiences.
• We collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, UX designers, and data scientists to deliver user-centered systems.
• We architect reliable, performant, and scalable React Native solutions and create reusable components.
• We own technical roadmaps, feature architecture, and overall technical quality.
• We work across teams to discuss interoperability, shape solution design, and help drive technical alignment.
• We set technical direction aligned with our business strategy and the value it delivers.
• We take ownership of incidents and production recovery, investigating issues to root cause.
• We drive observability practices, standards, and culture within the team.
• We apply a security-first mindset when building new features and reviewing existing ones.
• We create processes and procedures to address systemic team issues.
• We mentor engineers, help develop future senior talent, and encourage inclusive participation in design sessions and post-mortems.
• We use AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation while maintaining high quality.
