Salary: $88,000 - 128,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 3-5+ years of industry experience as a React Native developer.
• We are looking for someone with a strong grasp of React fundamentals, including declarative programming, hooks, the component lifecycle, state management, and performance tuning.
• We need solid experience with JavaScript ES6+ and asynchronous programming.
• We require familiarity with mobile-specific considerations such as performance optimization, offline functionality, and device APIs.
• We expect experience integrating RESTful APIs into mobile applications.
• We need proficiency with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
• We value strong capability in writing and maintaining feature documentation and participating in code reviews.
• We are seeking an analytical thinker who can propose fresh ideas and design approaches.
• We need excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A background check and drug/substance screening are required after a conditional offer.
• Applicants must be able to work in person in Orlando, Florida.

• We will have you guide the technical direction and turn product requests into scalable mobile solutions.
• You will partner with product, QA, and engineering teammates to deliver reliable solutions that meet client expectations and feature requirements.
• You will ship secure, maintainable, well-tested code with the users best interests in mind.
• You will help enhance existing features and address production issues as they arise.
• You will perform code reviews, document solutions clearly, and implement bug fixes with a security-first, Zero Trust mindset.
